We use Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to understand how visitors and users interact with costnav.com and the CostNav platform.

PostHog may record anonymised session activity, including page views, clicks and navigation patterns, to help us identify usability issues and improve the product. Any sensitive information visible on screen during a session — including names, email addresses, financial figures, recipe data or any other personal or business information — is automatically masked before it reaches us. We do not see this masked data at any point.

This data is aggregated and used solely for product improvement. It is not used to identify individuals for marketing purposes.
